Delivery & Returns

When you place an order please allow 2 to 5 working days for your order to arrive as orders are sometimes delayed in the post which is beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 5 to 10 working days, please contact us to let us know you have not received your order so we can track it or make some inquiries with our postal service. When contacting us please attach your PayPal Transaction ID Number or your Order Number so we can provide you with the appropriate information as to the status of your order.

We are fully aware that sometimes you would like to receive your purchase ASAP. That is why we offer:

> FIRST CLASS POST: This option will allow us to ship your order within 2 to 3 working days.
> SECOND CLASS POST: This option will allow us to ship your order within 3 to 4 working days.
> FIRST CLASS RECORDED: This option will allow us to ship your order within 1 to 2 working days.
> SECOND CLASS RECORDED: This option will allow us to ship your order within 2 to 3 working days.

Note: All four services are available for orders placed from within the UK only at an additional charge.

> FREE UK SHIPPING: This option will allow us to ship your order within 4 to 5 working days.

OUR RETURN POLICY IS VALID FOR 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM

You may cancel or return your unwanted order within 7 days of making the purchase for a full refund. Note: when returning the item, the packet must be in the same condition as received, unopened and undamaged. The item must not be tampered with. Once we have received the item in the condition as sent out to you we will issue you with a full refund within 30 days from the day we received the item back.

You may return any faulty item/items for a full refund within 28 days of receiving it.

We will only refund the delivery costs of sending the item back to us if the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an item unless it is faulty or if the item was sent to you through our error. If you have to send an item back to us for whatever the reason fill in the return form to provide the required information before you send the item back. After filling the return form, you will get full instructions on where to return the item.

Buyers Responsibility for Returns

NOTE: You, as the buyer, are responsible for sending the item back to us. We strongly recommend that you send the item back to us by a secure service in case the item gets lost in transit so there is a possibility of tracking it.
